Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final
At Marmora Ayurvedic Center, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All purchases are considered final sale.

Exchanges
We do allow exchanges under certain circumstances. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit only toward a future purchase.

Store Credit Only
No cash refunds will be provided. Once your exchange is approved, you will receive a store credit code that can be applied at checkout on your next order. Store credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Digital Products / Services (if applicable)
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all digital sales are final and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
